Washing steps
1. Soak in clean water
First, the down jacket should be completely immersed in cold water for 20 minutes until the down jacket is completely wet.
2. Warm water mixing
Take 30 degrees Celsius warm water, add an appropriate amount of detergent, stir well, and then soak the down jacket in it for about 15 minutes.
3. Spread flat and brush
Take the down jacket out of the water and lay it flat on a clean table, and use a soft brush dipped in detergent to gently brush it. Brush gently from the inside to the outside.
4. Soak again
Put the washed down jacket in the clean water again and gently pinch the down jacket while soaking, especially where there are stains.
5. Rinse with clean water
After the down jacket is cleaned, rinse it with clean water to thoroughly rinse off the detergent. (After rinsing, you can add two spoons of vinegar to warm water and soak the down jacket for a while to fully remove the detergent on the down jacket)
6. Dry directly
Down jackets cannot be dehydrated in a washing machine. Squeeze the water directly down along the down jacket so that it will not deform. If the sun is not sufficient, it can be exposed to the sun for 2 hours. When the sun is hot, just put the down jacket in a cool and ventilated place to prevent the sun from exposing the down jacket to discolor.
Precautions
Pay attention to the following points:
1. Down jackets must not be washed in a washing machine, which can easily cause the filling in the down jacket to flow away.
2. The detergent used should preferably be non-irritating and special detergent, so that the down jacket can be better protected.
3. If the down jacket has a fur collar, take it off and do not wash it.
4. Down jackets must not be exposed to the sun, which will shorten their lifespan. Just dry them in a cool place.
